Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Ted Baker purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form provided inside your original delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your postage receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
